How to Shop Online
Step 1.
First register using our fill-in form; you will then receive your own
ID and Password... use these to Log in.
When logged in, you will have access to the "Shopping List" feature.
Step 2.
Then you can either check out our current "Great Buy" or select one the links on our "Categories" list on the left hand side, or click on the "Our Products" button at the top of the page.
Step 3.
If you clicked on "Our Products" you will find yourself looking at a list of product categories the same as what is displayed in the "Categories" list - but with an added description. Clicking the "Next",
"Previous" or one of the "Page Numbers" between will bring up more product categories.
Clicking on a category name will take you to a list of all items in that category.
Step 4.
If you previously clicked on a "Sports" button or on a category name you will be now looking at a
list of one ore more products.
Each product will have:
A product image - clicking on the image will bring up larger view of the item.
A product name - clicking on the name (or the "more" link) will take you to a page detailing the chosen
item.
A product "Stock Number", and the "Price" of the item.
A Qty.(quantity) text box - Here you will enter the number of items you wish to purchase.
An "Add to Quote" button.
And finally an "Add to Trolley" button -
after entering a quantity, click this button and have the number of chosen items added to your shopping cart - you will also
be taken at this point to the "Shopping Trolley" page.
Step 5.
The Shopping Trolley page.
This page shows the items you have chosen to purchase, quantities of chosen items, and item price(individual).
If you find you no longer wish to purchase an item you have chosen, all you have to do is click the
"Remove Item" button
to expel it from your trolley.
You can re-enter the quantity of an item at this point - if you find you wish to purchase more or less of the product.
IMPORTANT - After inputting a new quantity click the "Update Price" button
before proceeding or changes will be lost.
Also shown on this page are:
The Subtotal price,
The "Empty Trolley" button -
click this to remove all items from your trolley,
and the "Continue Shopping" button -
clicking this will return you to the products page you travelled here from.
If you have all the items you wish to purchase and are ready to head to the checkout, select a "Postage/Frieght Region"
then click the "Go to Checkout" button.
Step 6.
Checkout.
A list of all items you have chosen to purchase are shown, including: Stock Number, Item Names, Quantity, Individual Price,
Sub Total, Postage/Freight, and Total.
Just fill in the form provided with your details and when ready, click "Send Order".
Invoicing
All invoices are goods and services tax inclusive with exemption to outside of New Zealand purchases.
Tax amount is 12.5%
Payment
Unless prior arrangements have been made payment must be paid in full before the goods are dispatched.
All New Zealand schools and government organisations and institutions automatically have an open account with Destination Sports.
Orders must have official order number and names.
Payments can be made by draft cheque, Visa, Master card, money order, NZ bank cheque and cash.
Prices
We at Destination Sports endeavour to keep our prices constant, but sometimes, due to currency fluctuations
and manufacturing price increases, our prices are subject to change without notice.
Freight
The Following prices apply;
Schools
- North Island (NZ) up to 10kg - $12.00
- South Island (NZ) up to 10kg - $16.00
Clubs and Individual purchases
- North Island (NZ) up to 10kg - $12.00
- South Island (NZ) up to 10kg - $20.00
NB Individual bulk items incur extra cost due to size and weight
International purchases
- Prices are subject to individual purchases
Ordering
When ordering by email, fax or phone, the following details are required.
- Customers postal and delivery address
- Order number and contact person
- Product code number and product description
- Quantity required
Claims and Exchanges
When the goods do not meet your expectations, simply send them back and we will either replace or refund you.
